DAY 1 : MARRAKECH – DARAA VALLEY – ZAGORA
This tour begins with the scenic promenade of Marrakech on the Tizi-N-Tichka Pass (2,260 m altitude), where you can spot the traditional Berber villages with its inhabitants working along the valleys. After crossing the Anti-Atlas, you can visit several Kasbahs after Ouarzazate. We will continue to the green and peaceful valley of Draa, famous for its enormous groves of dates and its henna fields. After your arrival in the capital of the Zagora desert, you will dine in the riad where you will spend the night.

DAY 2 : ZAGORA – MHAMED – ERG CHEGAGA
After breakfast, we will have time to visit Zagora region and its surroundings as the Jewish quarter of Amzerou and look at the huge palm groves. Then we will continue our journey to the desert in Mhamid El Ghazlan. On the way, we stop at “Tamgroute”. There we can visit an ancient Koran library and an underground Kasbah. Mhamid is the end of the Draa Valley as well as the end of civilization. We will have our Pic Nic-lunch in the desert and continue towards Erg Chegaga, where we will arrive before sunset. Go to a camel trek to the desert along the dunes with its various colors. We arrive at the desert camp where you will spend the night in a nomad tent or under the shining stars amidst impressive sand dunes. A traditional dinner is served and you can spend the night watching shooting stars or dancing around the campfire to the rhythm of Berber desert drums.

DAY 3 : ERG CHEGAGA – FOUM ZGUID – TAZNAKHT – AIT BENHADDOU
After enjoying sunrise at the top of big sand dune, you will have your breakfast in the desert camp before the start of the journey with the 4×4 car. Discover the ancient Paris-Dakar road to Foum Zguid and cross Lake Iriqui, which is a temporary wetland during rainy periods. Lunch will be served in the Berber village of Taznakht or somewhere around. Dinner and overnight in a hotel in Aït-Ben-Haddou village.

DAY 4 : AIT BENHADDOU – TELOUET – MARRAKECH
In the morning, after Moroccan breakfast, another highlight awaits you: the famous Kasbah Aït-Ben-Haddou, the fortified village with its many ksars and kasbahs, where several famous films like Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven and Prince of Persia Were slaughtered. After the visit, we continue our journey through the high Atlas mountains and stop at the Telouet Kasbah before returning to Marrakech, where you will be abandoned in your hotel or your riad at night.
